Johnson Cancer Foundation

In honor of Neil & Maryann Johnson’s nephew Kevin Patoc, who died from AML in 2008.
Financial support for student applicants whose immediate family or the applicant have been impacted by cancer. This scholarship is for applicants to attend any qualified higher education institution, including vocational, technical or community colleges. Financial support could range from $1,000 to $5,000, for a period of one or up to four years.

* Students whose immediate family or the student themselves have been impacted by cancer (Immediate family – Father, Mother, Siblings, Step Parents, Step Siblings, Legal Guardian or their children)
* Applicants must be 24 years of age or less at the date of application.
* Must reside* or have resided in the Enumclaw, Sumner or White River School District boundaries during high school. (*MUST graduate(d) within the school district of your primary residence; whether private school, public school, or homeschool. )

The Johnson Cancer Foundation mission is to raise funds to help those in East Pierce County affected by cancer attend secondary education.
